Apologies for an outage on the server earlier today.

The immediate cause was a jump in load of the CPUs by 150X. I am investigating the why this happened.

Thanks to Yann who first spotted this and got the server rebooted. I did get a warning message about this problem but by the time I had read it this morning the problem was already fixed.

Welcome to the Forum for Cactus and Succulent website managers.

I hope you will make use of this to share ideas with other webmasters.

You can also post problems you have encountered in implementing systems and hopefully get advice from many of the other expert users of our server.

While I envisage the Forum will mostly be used by webmasters using our server - I will allow participation from other interested parties. It may be that you might wish to join us. Certainly at the moment we have plenty of spare capacity.

I know a number of users are trying out various different modules. Please try and find time to write them up here.

I will be posting information and tips I have already picked up over the last two months.

I have shut the ticket system I did have on cactus-mall.net. I think this will be a better place to get answers to problems. I will certainly be monitoring it to try and answer problems, but there are plenty of other users with more knowledge than myself in particular areas and this way you have access to their expertise as well.
